Your BEST option is by car! Trains, Airlines or Buses run on a limited schedule. Major transportation routes may stop by Charlottesville or Staunton nearby then you could take the Waynesboro Express bus then. Carpooling works too!

Bylaws:
Please read the Current Bylaws before coming to save time. If you have any amendments or changes, they must be given to Earl Wright, Vice-President, or to one of the VSDAA Bylaw Committee members before July 2, 2024 in writing (see Bylaws Article 8, Amendments). Most of this will be covered on Friday, October 4.

Elections:
Per the Bylaws, elections for new officers will also happen. This is scheduled for Saturday during the board meeting, October 5. Officer terms run for ~4 years each. This is your opportunity to learn more about running board meetings and keeping VSDAA alive so please consider joining the board.

** VSDGo will be at SVCD, please note that sex offenders are not allowed inside according to their SVCD bylaws. **
Hall of Fame (HOF):
Currently scheduled for Saturday, October 5 at 12:15pm-3pm. HOF nominations are based on this criteria listed. Any nominations must be made in advance to allow the HOF committee time to verify information and such. Currently there is no hard deadline, however, it is suggested at least 6 months before HOF awards or Reunion Conference time, otherwise nominations may be considered at a later conference.
It should be noted that this will be HOF’s 50th Anniversary!

Update as of September 1, 2024: The corn hole (bean toss) and wreath making have been cancelled due to low signups. One new option added was the 2 day pass for the price of 1 day ($25/members – $30/non-members) which allows you to join some of our events, except for the President’s Reception/Awards and Entertainment.
